This past week we got our documentary family photo gallery from Kelly of Fiddle Leaf Photography!
In her email Kelly recommended that we watch the slideshow first and it was amazing! The hardest part was waiting for Harrison to get home from his business trip so we could watch it together. I’ll share that link with you after I share a few of my favourite images.
You guys I’m in almost every. single. frame! As the family photographer, it sometimes feels like I’m not in any of our photos and Kelly absolutely understood that.
Kelly captured us! She captured Harrison’s elk head that he slipped into the house that day.
She captured tantrums and hot dogs and physio stretches and sick kid cuddles and bedtime routines and…

The boys have watched that slideshow a few times now and each time they have so many things to show me and tell me about as they were watching. Kane explained he would like to make a book out of all of the pictures and he will tell me what to write. You kind of need the back story that Kane LOVES making books right now. I don’t know if you noticed, but Kelly captured that in her photos, too.
Kelly, thank you for capturing our family in all of our beautiful chaos. This is us. I will treasure these photos always.
Now I just have to figure out which ones to print for our collage wall!
